Wrap a string around the second phalanx, at the widest point of your finger. The string should not be too tight or too loose. Mark with a line where the string meets. Finally, unwind your string and measure with a millimeter ruler the length necessary to go around your finger. This distance in mm corresponds to your finger circumference. You can also use a strip of paper one cm thick.

Our jewels are created to accompany you in your everyday life if they are worn and handled with delicacy.
It is important to avoid contact with perfume or creams on your jewel in order to preserve its color and natural shine. It is also advisable to avoid prolonged contact with water (except gold and diamond pieces). Finally, we advise you to remove your jewel during practices where it could be subjected to shocks.
To preserve the shine of your jewel, we recommend that you clean it with some water and with neutral pH soap and a very soft brush. You also push it clean with a microfiber cloth.
If you come to our showroom, we will be delighted to offer you the shine service and restore the shine to your jewel in a few minutes.
If you want to give even more shine to your creation, we offer you the possibility of having your jewel cleaned and polished in our Parisian workshop.
After one year, we suggest that you drop off your jewel at the workshop in order to appraise it and send you an estimate for this service according to your needs.

We offer you the possibility as far as possible to adjust the size of your jewel (rings, bracelets and chains). It takes about 7 working days for the size of your jewel. When purchasing your jewel, this service is offered.

When purchasing your jewel, we offer you the possibility of personalising your creation with an engraving with a unique and personal message. Depending on your wishes, this may be a word, a date, initials… our advisers are there to guide you in your choices.
This service adds a delay of approximately 3 days to the delivery of your jewel.
It is best to store each Viltier creation in its original case so that it does not clash with other jewels.
When you travel, the Viltier travel pouch will protect it against transport shocks.
